​Charges

£5 per dog for 30 minutes 

£10 for an hour for up to 3 dogs. Additional dogs £5 per dog

Terms and Conditions

We very much want you and your dog to enjoy using our field. Therefore, please observe and abide by the terms and conditions to ensure the safety and enjoyment for all dogs and owners.

​

Please keep your dog in your car until the person using the field prior to you is safely back in their car. Please keep your distance from the gate until it is your turn to use the field. Do NOT open the gate or enter the field until that time.

​

All dogs must be kept on the lead until both you and your dog are inside the field and the gate is shut behind you. All dogs must be kept under control at ALL times in accordance with the dangerous dogs act 1991.

​

Please be aware of the time and put your dog back on the lead at the end of your hire time BEFORE leaving the field.

Balls, ball chuckers and frisbees are available to hire with a £10 deposit, refunded at the end of your time if items are returned undamaged. Balls are available to buy for £2 each.

Please pick up ALL dog poo during your hired time. A bin is provided in the field for disposal but please bring your own poo bags. Please pick up all poo found and report to the proprietor any left by the previous person. Please take any other litter home with you and do NOT put cigarettes in the bin.

All dogs and children must be supervised by the parents, owners, handlers at all times. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult while using the field and on the premises.

​

No climbing on the gates or over the perimeter fence. If balls or frisbees are unintentionally thrown out of the field then you are requested to walk around the perimeter to retrieve them.

​

All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and worming. Any dog with sickness, diarrhoea or coughing less than 72 hours prior to the booking must NOT attend. A fee transfer to a later date will be offered. Any dog showing signs of illness will be asked to leave immediately and no refund given.

​

Pre-bookings only for the hire of the field. Any cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at the full rate. In the event of adverse weather, or the proprietor needs to cancel, a free transfer will be given by agreement with the customer.

​

Customers enter and use the field entirely at their own risk. The proprietor will not be held responsible for any injury or illness allegedly caused by negligence of the rules during your use of the field. Any dog escaping is entirely at your own risk. The perimeter fence is 1.2 metres high consisting of a double layer of heavy-duty stock netting and chicken wire. Therefore, dogs can only escape over the fence not through. If your dog is an Olympic high jumper then this field may not be suitable for them.

Please respect the owners and neighbours properties by parking in the allocated area, do not block access on the drive at any time. Please keep noise to a minimum. Please understand we wish to keep a good relationship with our neighbours in order to be able to provide this facility for everyone to enjoy.

Please use common sense in extreme weather temperatures. Drinking water and water bowls are provided but please do not let your dog over-heat and do not leave any dogs in your car during hot or sunny weather at any time of the year.

​

Please report any breakages or damage to any equipment or boundary fences before leaving. You are required to hold 3rd party liability insurance to cover any damage caused by yourself or your dog.

Please fill in and sign the Terms and Conditions agreement and place, in an envelope provided, with your payment and put in the postbox by the gate.
